Jamaica Nice 7 Day Island Tour

Day 1: Montego Bay
Arrival Montego Bay, transfer to hotel in Montego Bay
Upon arrival in Montego Bay, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour guide representative at the airport. From there, you'll be transferred to your accommodation. Upon check-in at the hotel Toby’s Resort you will receive all necessary travel information. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure, allowing you the opportunity to explore and become acquainted with the surrounding area if you wish.

Day 2: Montego Bay – Ocho Rios
In the morning, we journey to Falmouth, the oldest city in Jamaica and home to the first organized street system in the western world. Embark on a historic sightseeing tour, where you'll encounter architectural wonders like the old Georgian Buildings, Water Square, the Old Port, and the St. Peter’s Anglican Church, erected in 1796. Marvel at the old Courthouse, a testament to Jamaican craftsmanship dating back to 1817. Our adventure continues to the renowned Dunn’s River Falls, a national treasure where you can indulge in a refreshing dip or brave a climb up the cascading waterfalls. Afterward, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch at the Scotchies Jerk Center (at own expense) before heading to Ocho Rios. Here, take time for a leisurely shopping excursion through the vibrant streets of "Ochi," where you'll find an array of treasures including wicker baskets, wood carvings, hand-woven fabrics, and more, there's something for everyone.

Day 3: Ocho Rios – Port Antonio
Embark on a scenic journey as we depart from the hotel and drive along the lush green north coast to our first stop, the Sun Valley Plantation. Here, immerse yourself in Jamaica's rich biodiversity during a guided tour of the plantation. Sample the delicious delicacies crafted from Jamaica's abundant natural resources. Following a leisurely stroll through the plantation, we continue our adventure to Port Antonio. Along the way, we pause for a photo opportunity at the magnificent Trident Castle. Then, we'll discover the breath-taking beauty of Frenchman's Cove Beach, a serene paradise boasting golden sands and crystal-clear Caribbean waters. Dive into the inviting sea or simply unwind on the beach, soaking in the tranquillity of this idyllic retreat. Join us for a day of exploration, relaxation, and discovery as we uncover the natural wonders of Jamaica's north coast.

Day 4: Port Antonio (Continued)
Embark on a romantic journey as we depart from the hotel and head to the Rio Grande for a serene bamboo rafting experience. Glide along the Rio Grande, a historic waterway crucial for transporting bananas from plantations to the coast in the 1700s. Following our tranquil river ride, we'll indulge in a delicious lunch at Boston Jerk Grill, the birthplace of jerk cuisine on the island. Savour the authentic flavours of jerk prepared in its original setting. Our adventure continues to the mesmerizing Blue Lagoon, a natural mineral spring renowned for its ethereal blue hue that shifts throughout the day. Immerse yourself in the rejuvenating waters and take a moment to envision the iconic movie scenes filmed here. Join us for a day of relaxation, culinary delights, and enchanting landscapes as we explore the beauty and history of Jamaica's Rio Grande and Blue Lagoon.

Day 5: Port Antonio – Kingston
After checking out, we embark on a journey to Kingston, the vibrant capital of Jamaica. No visit to Kingston is complete without a stop at the iconic Bob Marley Museum, paying homage to the legendary musician who brought reggae and Jamaican culture to the world stage. Upon arrival in Kingston, you'll have the opportunity to explore the museum and delve into the life and legacy of Bob Marley. Enjoy lunch at Devon House (at your own expense), a historic landmark known for its culinary delights. Afterward, we'll drive through the upscale neighbourhood of Beverley Hills, passing by the prestigious homes of Jamaica's affluent and wealthy. Our tour continues with a visit to the National Stadium, where you can admire the Wall of Fame and pose for photos with the Bob Marley Statue. Next, we'll take a brief tour of the vibrant city, visiting Emancipation Park to see the statues symbolizing freedom. Catch a glimpse of the Prime Minister's residence from a distance, and drive through the scenic campus of the University of the West Indies. Join us for a day of cultural immersion and exploration as we uncover the sights and sounds of Kingston, Jamaica's dynamic capital. Then it is time to check in at your hotel, Four Seasons Hotel in Kingston.

Day 6: Kingston –Treasure Beach
Visit Craighton Coffee Plantation in the Blue Mountains, where we will indulge in a half hour hike to the coffee plantation, learn about the second most expensive coffee in the world, take a sip of authentic Blue Mountain Jamaican Coffee with a slice of rum cake. Take stroll to the highest mountain in Jamaica, and fifth highest in the Caribbean, standing at a lofty 2,256 metres (7,402 ft.). Leaving Kingston and heading deep west to beautiful breath-taking 500 metre (Approximately 1,600 ft.) coastal cliff, Lovers Leap, where the story of 2 slaves, Mizzy and Tunkey, ended. Depart for Treasure Beach to wrap up the day and check in at Sunset Resort and Villas.


Day 7: Treasure Beach – Negril
Visit the largest rum distillery on the island, the Appleton Rum Distillery, nestled amidst lush sugarcane fields, for a captivating 30-minute guided tour through the historic facility, where you'll witness the age-old art of rum production. Afterward, delight your senses with a curated rum tasting experience, savouring the rich flavours and aromas of premium rums crafted with centuries of expertise and tradition.
