Cancellation Policy
At Inside Jamaica Tours, we strive to provide you with the best Jamaican tour experience possible. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled tour date: No cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date: 100% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, 100% of the tour cost will be charged as a no-show fee.
3. Rescheduling:
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your tour, please inform us at least 48 hours before the original tour date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request without additional charges.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the event of adverse weather conditions that affect the safety and quality of the tour, Inside Jamaica Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Group Bookings:
For group bookings (10 or more participants), a different cancellation policy may apply. Please contact us directly for details.
6. Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
7. Booking Changes:
Any changes to your booking must be made through our booking office or website. Changes requested on the day of the tour may not be possible.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may require cancellations.
